Persian Skiing in Dizin

Take a deep breath and enjoy exciting winter sports in pure and clean air of Alborz Mountains! Dizin is the most important ski resort in Iran and in the Middle east. It is located in the Alborz mountain range, about 70km North from Tehran. It was established during the 1960s. Dizin ski resort is officially recognized and granted the title by the International Ski Federation. The ski season in Dizin lasts from November to May, due to its high altitude. The highest ski lift reaches 3,600 m (11,800 ft), making it one of the 40 highest ski resorts in the world.
